Exercise & Eat
We start at 11am, with an hour of chair based exercise to some of our favourite hits from the 60’s and 70’s. Claire from Tracing Steps leads us through the movements designed to bend and stretch all those troublesome parts and keep us fit and flexible for longer.
Afterwards we relax with a delicious two-course freshly cooked meal provided by Inspire Café. Then the highlight of the session is the quiz. Quizmaster Roy entertains us all with his intellectual quizzes and funny banter.
