In our later years we have the time to travel and visit places of interest - but perhaps lack a travelling companion. So we decided to travel together.
Why Levy Livelies Started
We know that a lot of older people have the desire to explore - but not always the company to do so. Levy Livelies was born out of that ealisation: a group of like-minded people, all aged 50+, eager to journey together and share new experiences.
You choose where we go
Every destination is chosen by the travellers themselves through a democratic vote. Chester Zoo, fish and chips in Cleveleys, overnight in Llandudno or York - trips chosen by the people who went on them.
We take care of the travel
Once your destination is chosen, we meet at Levenshulme Inspire with transport organised for the group. All you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.

Welcome to Levy Livelies!
At Inspired Taskforce, we believe that life doesn't slow down after the age of 50; in fact, it's just the beginning of a new adventure. That's why we've started Levy Livelies, a vibrant community of older individuals who share a passion for exploration and discovery.
In our later years, we often find ourselves with the desire to travel and experience new places, but sometimes lack the company to do so. Levy Livelies was born out of this realisation, for groups of like-minded individuals, older people who are eager to journey together, share experiences, and see new places.
(Or revisit places they have been before!)
In our later years we have the time to travel and visit places of interest, but perhaps lack a travelling companion, and so the idea of Levy Livelies was started as a self-funded group of people that were happy to travel together
Since then we’ve been on daytrips to Chester, Blackpool, Cleveleys, St Anne's and on over-night trips to Llandudno, Torquey, Skipton and York.
All destinations are chosen by the travellers themselves through a democratic process.
From seeing the animals at Chester Zoo to getting fish and chips at Cleveleys or enjoying a relaxing walk around Bridgewater Gardens. Levy Livelies have explored a variety of destinations voted by our travellers themselves.
Once our destination is chosen, we meet at Levenshulme Inspire Centre with transport organised by us at Inspired Taskforce so all you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride!

1st or 2nd Week of December to a Christmas Market (Date and destination TBD)
The cost of our trip varies between £15 & £17.50 depending on type of coach available.

Levenshulme, Longsight, Gorton and are easily accessible by bus.
Our activities are created by older people, for older people.
