A gentle, calming session for your mind and body. These sessions provide a sanctuary of peace and relaxation amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life. Through gentle movements, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices, Lisa guides participants on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace.

You don't need to be fit, flexible or experienced

Our sessions are led by the wonderful Lisa, a warm and experienced mindfulness practitioner who creates a safe, calm and welcoming space every week. Lisa adapts every session to the group — no pressure, no judgement, just gentle guidance at a pace that works for you.
