We have been running Chair Dance Exercise for over 5 years... and in one year alone we welcomed 1,718 participants to this session. That tells you everything you need to know about how much this class means to our community. Our sessions are in the very capable and much loved hands of Clare from Tracing Steps Theatre & Dance Company.

We believe the social side matters just as much as the physical. Come early, have a chat, get to know the people in the room. If you arrive at 10:30am and leave straight after, you might just miss the best part.
Free fruit from 10:00am
A basket of fresh fruit is waiting for you every session — grab something before the class begins. It started after one of our members was told by their doctor they had low potassium and wasn't eating enough at home. We listened, and we acted.
