We help people cut through the paperwork, understand what they're entitled to, and take back control of situations that feel completely overwhelming. Whatever you're facing — benefits, housing, finances, or just not knowing where to turn — come and sit with us for an hour. You might be surprised what changes.
Open to everyone aged 50+ — wherever you're from
Whether you live in Levenshulme, Longsight, Gorton, Reddish, Stockport or anywhere across Greater Manchester: this service is for you. You do not need to live locally to come along.
Completely free and confidential
There is no charge for this service and everything you share with us stays with us. You will never be judged for what you're going through or what you don't know. We're here to help, not to assess you.

Paul leads our Information, Advice and Guidance service every Thursday, helping people navigate some of life's most stressful paperwork. With years of experience working with older people across South Manchester, Paul has a calm, practical approach that puts people at ease — no matter how complicated or frightening the situation feels when they walk in.
